Spring is springing!

In spite of the two feet of snow on the lawn still, it's starting to feel like spring here! Saw a meadowlark and bluebirds on the green belt today and we went climbing! It was a ski in ski out, but we climbed in t-shirts! Nice to see the sun again and warm weather. Much like Tobin's first day skiing, he spent his first day at the crags sound asleep in his snuggly little portaledge that we hung in a tree. Anna came too and facilitated our day.




Ann-Marie is cranking like she's never been pregnant, and I'm as weak as a kitten, so not much is different...

I had to add one more of these since we both look so serious in this one.

A Proto Smile!!!!!!!!

Some more pics of the little man, he's started to smile! Just a little, but it sure warms the heart seeing a gummy grin like that.

Family Ski Day!

We took Tobin out to his first 'post-natal' ski up the fingers this morning! Well, Ann-Marie skied up and did a run, while I took up the rear with the boy. I skied to the bottom of the paths and hung out under a tree while Ann-Marie powered up for a longer run. A warm wet day, but a great day! Awesome to see Ann-Marie on the skis again, and fun to introduce Tobin to skiing, except he slept the whole time, growling like a little bear cub.
