Ironman photos: The fun, cheerful and supporting silliness, and the pain.

The scary swim start...fortunately there were six ironmaidens from Revelstoke taking on the challenge!

Phewf! Survived the swim, now onto the fun 180 km bike ride, in the sun, rain, hail...
Lots of awesome cheering imported from Revelstoke, Ladner, and even Boston! (see previous posting for the Boston cheering contingent!) Yeah cheerleaders! You made the race! THank you!!!!!!
I burst into tears and laughter with the fabulous spectating and cheering!

WOW..AMG what a great job you did and you looked so buffed, beautiful and with it even on the final run to the post when you wished Paul a Happy Birthday as you sailed by us!

To AMG's wonderful, family support crew....Ryan, Tobin, Nick and Bevil(aka..Crazy Man), Kevin and Jen.....thanks so much for letting us be part of the cheering team...we had a ball!

We were so proud to be able to tell everyone that the fantastic woman we were yelling for was our DIL.

Ryan...amazing supporter, baby sitter, driver, cheer leader etc....we know she couldn't have done it without you!

Loads of love Paul and me
